description | This report summarizes the work I have done as a CERN Summer Student in the CERN ATLAS Pixel Group from July to August 2022. My project focused on electrical quality control tests of prototypes of new silicon pixel modules, which are developed for the Inner Tracker of ATLAS Phase II. The results from the electrical tests were analysed in order to evaluate the performance of each module. Additionally, a temperature sensor in the testing setup was examined, potentially enabling more precise measurements in the future. Furthermore, the progression of modules through different stages of processing and testing was investigated. |
