Calibration of the charge injection capacitance of MALTA 2
MALTA 2 is a radiation hard monolithic silicon pixel detector intended for particle tracking in high energy physics experiments such as ATLAS. It consists of a total of 512 x 224 pixels, with a 36.4 x 36.4 µm² pixel pitch, and a total size of 2 x 1 cm ².
