Upgrade of the common LHCb MARATON power supply test bench

MARATONs are a family of radiation tolerant power supply used all throughout CERN. However, they require regular testing to ensure long term stability when used in the experiments. Previously, a very primitive test bench was used to perform this task. It required full manual operation every time a state change had to be made, and was limited in its functionalities. The goal of my Summer Student Project has been to automate the already existing setup, make it user friendly and provide a series of functionalities that would allow for better and more efficient power supply tests.
