Sumario:This project explores the use of charge sensitive amplifiers (CSA) with MPGD for timing applications (ps-domain), developed at the Gaseous Detector Development laboratory (GDD). The aim was to adapt an already existing design (uAPIC) for a new fast timing detector (PICOSEC Micromegas) to explore the possibility of a new generation of ASIC’s with existing COTS technologies, while preserving the desired timing properties.
