Sumario:An accurate determination of the geometry of the inner tracking system of the CMS experiment, which comprises Silicon Pixel and Silicon Strip detectors, is of vital importance for a precise measurement of the momentum of charged particles and reconstruction of primary and secondary vertices. The process of determining the geometry parameters of the inner tracking system is called tracker alignment. In this report, the performance of two geometries derived with cosmic ray and pp collision data collected in 2022 is summarized.
