Recent measurement on the $B\rightarrow\mu^+\mu^-$ properties with CMS data

Rare decays of beauty mesons are an ideal place to search the effect of New Physics (NP) contributions by measuring decay rates and properties precisely. The decay of $B^0_s$ and $B^0$ mesons to two muons are highly suppressed in the Standard Model (SM) because of helicity and CKM suppression. The m...

Sumario:Rare decays of beauty mesons are an ideal place to search the effect of New Physics (NP) contributions by measuring decay rates and properties precisely. The decay of $B^0_s$ and $B^0$ mesons to two muons are highly suppressed in the Standard Model (SM) because of helicity and CKM suppression. The most recent studies from CMS Collaboration and a combination of results from the ATLAS, CMS and LHCb experiments, using the data collected at LHC between 2011 and 2016 are presented.
