Workshop with FAP department "Upping our Game" at IdeaSquare

The Finance and Administrative Processes (FAP) department did a workshop with the theme : "As the saying goes, "we're all in the same boat", but what does that mean in an office setting? What does it mean to have an "ideal collaboration" between different working groups at CERN? How can we get better and leverage synergies, align goals and aim higher? During this 4-hour workshop, participants identified any anchors in their way, generated ideas to improve their services and processes internally. At the end of the session, all teams ended up with concrete steps to take in order to bring their ideas to life and implement them in their workflow in the future.
