Portraits of Sławosz Uznański, ESA astronaut and CERN employee

As part of the reserve pool of the European Space Agence (ESA) CERN employee Slawosz Uznanski made it into the "ESA astronaut class of 2022". He is a CERN staff member working as a project engineer in the converter controls electronics section of the power converters systems group (SY/EPC/CCE) for the past 11 years. ESA has chosen 17 new astronaut candidates from over 22 500 applicants across its Member States.
