Run3 Installation Coordination

After reminding the mandate and the scope of the Run3 Installation Coordinator, the Run3 team members and their respective assignments will be present-ed. The methodology applied for the Run3 coordination will be explained and the priorities implementation will be shown. Based on the work carried out so far and on the results of the first Run3-LS3 PLAN exercise, the main interventions and challenges of the Run3 programmed stops, especially those linked to the anticipation of LS3 activities, will be underlined. Finally, the milestones will be integrated in the CERN accelerator complex long-term schedule following the methodology used to organise the Run2 programmed stops of the LHC and its injectors.
