Completion ceremony of the HL-LHC civil engineering works at Point 1 and Point 5

A ceremony to celebrate the completion of the civil engineering works on the LHC held at both sides of the border (Point 1 near ATLAS, Meyrin and Point 5 near CMS, Cessy) was held to mark the success of this important milestone in the timeline of the High Luminosity LHC (HL-LHC) project. An integrated event involving HL-LHC Point 1 and HL-LHC Point 5 was organized inside the surface buildings to bring all CERN stakeholders to both sites for different parts of the ceremony.
