description This note contains the requests of the CALICE collaboration for beam time at the CERN SPS and PS for the year 2023. Beyond the actual requests, it summarises the activities and findings from the 2022 beam tests at CERN. For the year 2023, CALICE asked in total for 6 weeks of time on beam, 4 weeks at the PS and 2 weeks at the SPS, but unfortunately one request, for 2 weeks at the PS had to be withdrawn due to lack of funding. The aim of the tests in the remaining request is to collect electron and low-energy hadron data. More tests of the other systems are planned for 2024.
