description <!--HTML-->The talk will provide an overview of the Sovereign Cloud Stack, an open-stack release partially funded by the German government and German open-source companies, enabling governments, organizations and companies to deploy and manage their own public/private/hybrid clouds based on a common stack. This stack is designed to address the growing concern of data sovereignty, which is the ability to control and protect data within a specific geographic region and software supply chains. The Sovereign Cloud Stack provides a set of tools for creating and managing virtual infrastructure, as well as for deploying and managing applications. The talk will also discuss the key features of the stack, such as its support for advanced deployments, its ability to handle high availability, and its integration with popular open-source tools. Additionally, the talk will provide a demonstration of how to set up and use the stack, and will also cover best practices for using it in a production environment, for example in combination with Kubernetes.
