NP04 2023 Annual Report to the CERN-SPSC

This year the focus of the report is on the progresses achieved in the analysis of the data taken during the NP04 phase-I operation (in 2018-2020). The report also includes the status of the NP04 phase-II detector completion and the plans towards commissioning and operation.
