Yearly progress report on NP02 (2023)

In this document we report general progress on the NP02 experimental activities at CERN since the last SPSC yearly report. We report here on the successful completion of the Vertical Drift tests campaign in 2022 and on the progress in the installation of Module-0 in the NP02 cryostat.
