Sumario: | Imagine learning how to use a programming software used for the SpaceX Falcon rocket and Dragon spacecraft launch pad, testing Xbox controllers and monitoring electrical networks? This week, scientists, engineers and students at CERN had the opportunity to do just that, and take part in a hands-on workshop on the use of the graphical programming language LabVIEW and how to use it to program an FPGA for scientific use. During the workshops, participants learned how to use Labview for rapid prototyping, adaptation to new requirements, and making robust systems with industrial hardware. |
