Sumario:This note presents a measurement, in the first data collected by CMS in 2022 at 13.6 TeV, of the performances of the Level 1 Trigger (L1T) system of CMS to identify and select electrons and photons. The corresponding L1T objects are reconstructed using the information provided by the electromagnetic and hadronic calorimeters and are referred to as the "L1 EG" objects. The analyzed data set corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 10.8 fb$^{-1}$ recorded between July and September 2022.
