Sumario:For the High Luminosity upgrade of the Large Hadron Collider, the current ATLAS Inner Detector (ID) will be replaced by an all-silicon Inner Tracker (ITk), consisted of a pixel and a strip detectors. The ITk Pixel Detector will be made of five barrel layers and rings formed by hydrid detector modules covering an area of 13m$^{2}$ and increasing the pseudorapidity, $|\eta|$ from 2.5 to 4.0. The Itk pixel modules are composed by passive high-resistivity silicon sensors and 65nm CMOS technology front-end read-out chips developed by the RD53 collaboration, plus a flexible PCB. Serial powering the modules will reduce the amount of material employed. Data will be transmitted optically to the off-detector readout system. Prototypes are being constructed to test powering chain and mechanics. This work will give an overview of the ITk Pixel Detector.
