Sumario:Vincenzo Vagnoni of the National Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN) has been appointed as the new spokesperson of the LHCb collaboration for a period of three years, beginning 1st July 2023, and will represent more than 1500 people from 85 institutions in 20 countries. He will receive the baton of the LHCb leadership from Chris Parkes of the University of Manchester in the UK, spokesperson-in-charge since 1st July 2020. The next few years will be essential to demonstrate the power of the new detector and to finalize the project for the future upgrade.
