Noise measurement of CMS iRPC RE+3/1

The noise measurements obtained after the new iRPC demonstrator chambers installed to the CMS. A noise rate of 0.2 Hz/cm$^2$ in average and with a maximum level reaching only 1 Hz/cm$^2$ is obtained.
