Sumario:This contribution presents a characterisation of the ATLAS Pixel detector response obtained from the analysis of $pp$ collisions recorded by the ATLAS detector at the LHC during Run 2 and at the start of Run 3. The effects of radiation damage are discussed in detail and compared to predictions from simulation accounting for non-ionising radiation damage effects to the pixel sensors.
