Ion-Gas collision Simulations in an RFQcb using SIMION software
A methodology and procedure for ions and gas collisions in RFQcb is described and demonstrated. Simion software main menu is presented. Ion trajectories as a result of flown particles is also demonstrated. Figures showing different view planes for the simulated particles are presented and discussed.
