Sumario:One of the proposed experiments at AEgIS concerns the spectroscopic study of antiproton bound system of medium and heavy nuclei. In this work the antiprotonic atom transition energies are calculated for the elements of interest and the influence of different corrections are explored, such as finite-size effect, vacuum polarization and strong interaction shift. As the antiprotonic atoms will be formed in high magnetic field, splitting due to Zeeman effect was compared to transition energies for different principal quantum numbers. In order to understand the deepest quantum level available for spectroscopic study, the overlap of the antiproton wave function with the nucleus is calculated.
