$R_b$ measurements using lifetime tags at LEP
$R_b = \Gamma_{Z^{0} \to b\overline{b}}$/$\Gamma_{Z^{0} \to hadrons}$ measurements by Aleph , Delphi , and Opal using life- time tags are reviewed. These measurements currently dominate the world average value of $R_b$.
