Short term fluctuations, sudden jumps and typical rises in the magnetic field corresponding to several MeV per beam during a fill have been observed. Operating LEP in 1995 with bunch trains implied a shift of the center of mass energies in the case of beams colliding with an collision offset. This contribution reports the present status of the knowledge of these new effects.
