Sumario:The Finance Committee is invited to note the decision which the Management has had to take, based on the arguments set out in this document, to place a contract without competitive tendering, using money from the Budker Institute for Nuclear Physics (BINP) in the Russian Fund RF-LHC I and, for the purchase of steel sheets from the firm EBG (DE), for an amount of 818 915 DEM (DDU Novosibirsk).
