description This document concerns the award of a contract for the sale of materials and equipment salvaged from the LEP machine. By the closing date, CERN had received four tenders. The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of a contract with EXCOFFIER FRERES (FR), the highest bidder, for the sale of materials and equipment salvaged from the LEP machine for an amount of 5 796 372 Swiss francs, subject to revision.
