The scientific activities of CERN and budget estimates for the years 2001 - 2004

This Medium-Term Plan which covers the period 2001-2004 is the natural extension of last year plan (CERN/SPC/764-CERN/FC/4153). It will allow CERN to build the LHC, to keep a very restricted but high quality scientific programme in the intervening period and to undertake R&D and Technology Transfer and Outreach activities at a basic level.
