The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of a contract, without competitive tendering, with SCHNEIDER ITALY (IT) (formerly NUOVA MAGRINI GALILEO), the manufacturer of the equipment, for the maintenance of three 420 kV circuit breakers for a total amount of 490 000 Swiss francs, not subject to revision. The firm has indicated the following distribution by country of the contract value covered by this adjudication proposal: IT?100%.
