Service contracts

The Finance Committee is asked to take note of the revised expenditure in 2000 and of expected expenditure in the year 2001. The total estimated amount for the year 2001 for the contracts referred to in this document is expected to reach 87 490 000 Swiss francs at 2000 prices. The Finance Committee is invited: - to approve the proposed expenditure for the extension of contracts for which the estimated amount for the year 2001 exceeds 750 000 Swiss francs (highlighted in Table I, which provides details of the contracts concerned, namely those under references 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 11, 19, 20 and 24); - to take note of the estimated expenditure for Service contracts which will, in the year 2001, stay within the approved initial period and for which the annual amount exceeds 750 000 Swiss francs; - to take note of the estimated expenditure for the Service contracts for which the annual amount is less than 750 000 Swiss francs but exceeds 100 000 Swiss francs.
