Proposal to increase the amount of an existing contract for the supply of metal-enclosed 400V modular switchboards

This document concerns the increase of the amount of an existing contract for the supply of metal-enclosed 400 V modular switchboards with integrated monitoring and control systems. The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the increase of the amount of an existing contract with HAZEMEYER (FR) for the supply of metal-enclosed 400 V modular switchboards from the authorized amount of 12 000 000 French francs to an estimated total amount not exceeding 16 500 000 French francs. At the present rate of exchange, this increase amounts to approximately 1 035 000 Swiss francs. The firm has indicated the following distribution by country of the overall contract value: NL-71% and FR?29%.
