description This document concerns the proposal to increase the authorised amount of an existing contract for the supply of automated magnetic tape equipment. For the reasons explained in this document, the Finance Committee is invited to approve an increase of 684 000 Swiss francs in the authorised amount for an existing contract with the company STORAGE TECHNOLOGY SA (CH) for the supply of automated magnetic tape equipment, bringing the total authorised amount from 6 242 452 Swiss francs to 6 926 452 Swiss francs. The firm has indicated the following distribution by country of the contract value covered by this adjudication proposal: USA-100%.
