Funding options of the five-yearly remuneration review

A package of measures elaborated in the framework of the Five-Yearly Remuneration Review have been discussed at TREF in November 2000, taking due account of the funding options proposed in relation with the package . A recommendation for a final package of measures has been agreed by a TREF Restricted Group, outcome of a conciliation process. The present document has been developed on the basis of this recommendation, presented in document CERN/TRG - 2000/5/Rev. (Report from the TREF restricted group). The Finance Committee is invited to recommend to Council to approve the funding proposal outlined in the present document with the corresponding modifications of the budget estimates proposed with the June 2000 Medium-Term Plan.
