Proposal for the donation of LEP equipment

The Finance Committee has approved the donation of LEP equipment (CERN/FC/4329, CERN/FC/4349/Add., CERN/FC/4329/Add.2, CERN/FC/4349/Add.3) at its Meetings of 20 September 2000 (see CERN/FC/4336), 13 December 2000 (see CERN/FC/4383), 14 March 2001 (see CERN/FC/4415) and 13 June 2001 (see CERN/FC/4454/Draft). CERN has announced that the approval of the Finance Committee would be sought again, if further requests were made. Four more requests by institutes in Member States and one more request by an institute in a non-Member State have been received. The Finance Committee is invited to approve the donation of the equipment listed in Annex I together with the consignee.
