Maintenance contracts

The Finance Committee is invited: - to approve the proposed expenditure for the extension of contracts for which the estimated amount for the year 2002 exceeds 750 000 Swiss francs (highlighted in Table I, which provides details of the contracts concerned namely those under references 1, 3 and 4); - to take note of the estimated expenditure for Maintenance contracts which, in the year 2002, are still within the approved period and for which the annual amount exceeds 750 000 Swiss francs, namely those under references 2, 5, 6, 8 and 9; - to take note of the estimate for the year 2002 for the contract under reference 7, for which the annual amount is less than 750 000 Swiss francs but above 100 000 Swiss francs. The Finance Committee is also invited to take note of the revised expenditure in 2001 and of the expected expenditure in 2002 for the contracts referred to in this document which is estimated to reach 20 550 000 Swiss francs at 2001 prices.
