Service contracts

The Finance Committee is invited: - to approve the increase of the total expenditure limit for the initial periods of the contracts under references 13, 22 and 29 (highlighted in Table I); - to approve the proposed expenditure for the extension of contracts for which the estimated amount for the year 2002 exceeds 750 000 Swiss francs (highlighted in Table I, which provides details of the contracts concerned, namely those under references 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 13, 17 and 21); - to take note of the estimated expenditure for Service contracts which, in the year 2002, are still within the approved period and for which the annual amount exceeds 750 000 Swiss francs, namely those under references 6, 12, 14, 18, 23, 24, 30 and 31; - to take note of the estimated expenditure for the Service contracts for which the annual amount, in the year 2002, is less than 750 000 Swiss francs but exceeds 100 000 Swiss francs, namely those under references 9.1, 11, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27 and 28. The Finance Committee is also invited to take note of the revised expenditure in 2001 and of the estimated expenditure in the year 2002 for the contracts referred to in this document, which is expected to reach 91 930 000 Swiss francs at 2001 prices.
