Work and minor work contracts

The Finance Committee is invited: - to approve the proposed expenditure for the extension of contracts for which the estimated amount for the year 2002 exceeds 750 000 Swiss francs, namely those under references 3 and 20, highlighted in Table I; - to take note of the estimated expenditure for Work and Minor Work contracts which, in the year 2002, are still within the approved period and for which the annual amount exceeds 750 000 Swiss francs, namely those under references 1.1, 1.2 and 21.1; - to take note of the Work and Minor Work contracts for which the annual amount, in the year 2002, is less than 750 000 Swiss francs but exceeds 100 000 Swiss francs, namely those under references 4, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 22; - to take note that the contracts under references 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 will, in the year 2002, be replaced by one general contract for civil engineering superstructure and internal construction building work. The Finance Committee is also invited to take note of the revised expenditure in 2001 and of the expected expenditure in 2002 for the contracts referred to in this document which is estimated to reach 36 780 000 Swiss francs at 2001 prices.
