Proposal to take up an option in an existing order for the supply of crates and electronics modules for the power converters for the LHC transfer lines

This document concerns the taking-up of an option in an existing order for the supply of crates and electronics modules for the power converters for the LHC transfer lines. The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the taking-up of an option in the order placed with EFACEC (PT) for the supply of up to 100 crates with their electronics modules for an amount not exceeding 400 000 Swiss francs, not subject to revision, bringing the total order value to an amount not exceeding 1 136 450 Swiss francs, not subject to revision. The firm has indicated the following distribution by country of the order value covered by this adjudication proposal: PT - 100%.
