Proposal to negotiate, without competitive tendering, an order for the supply of replacement parts for the LHC pole-measuring machines

This document concerns an order to be placed, without competitive tendering, with the firm IMMG (GR) for the supply and installation of replacement parts for the LHC pole-measuring machines. The Finance Committee is invited to agree to the negotiation of an order with IMMG (GR) for the supply and installation of replacement parts for an amount of 230 000 Swiss francs, bringing the total value of the order with the firm for the LHC pole-measuring machines to an amount of 964 477 Swiss francs, not subject to revision. The firm has indicated the following distribution by country of the order value covered by this adjudication proposal: GR - 100%.
