Proposal to Extend the Existing Maintenance Contract for the Telephone Branch Exchange Network including an Upgrade of Equipment

This document concerns the proposal to extend the existing maintenance contract for the telephone branch exchange network, including an upgrade of equipment. For the reasons explained in this document, the Finance Committee is invited to approve an increase of 1 220 450 Swiss francs in the authorised amount of an existing maintenance contract, including the upgrade of equipment, with the company NEXTIRAONE (CH), formerly ALCATEL SWITZERLAND (CH), over a period of three years for the telephone branch exchange network, bringing the total authorised amount from 4 100 000 Swiss francs to 5 320 450 Swiss francs. The firm has indicated the following distribution by country of the contract value covered by this adjudication proposal: FR - 50%, CH - 50%.
