Interim Report of the ICFA Networking Task Force

A wide variety of networks provide national and international Internet connectivity for the laboratories and institutes which work on ICFA-related research. While the present internal performance of those networks is normally satisfactory and their future evolution is being planned on a sensible basis, the same cannot be said of the engineering and financing of the interconnects between the networks.
