Sumario: | We summarise possible explanations of the HERA large-Q2data in the framework of R-parity violating supersymmetry, as well as implications for searches for R-parity violation at LEP2. If a squark is produced at HERA, the present experimental limits on R-parity violating operators indicate that the most likely production channels are e+d CL, e+d h, and e+s h. For the first two schemes, which require relatively small couplings, virtual squark exchanges at LEP2 have only small effects. Among the viable solutions, CL production is also compatible with the appearance of a four-jet event with a dijet mass difference at LEP2. |
