Two hundred and forty-one Ds-lepton candidates satisfy selection criteria designed to ensure precise proper time reconstruction and yield a measured Bs lifetime of 1.64 +0.16-0.14 (stat) +-0.04 (syst) ps. The selection criteria are relaxed in order to calculate the product branching ratio, 0.92 +-0.09 (stat) +-0.16 (syst) %.
