Sumario: | This article describes the status of experimental tests of the Standard Model of Electroweak Interactions. Updated precision measurements from e+e- -annihilation at the Z resonance are discussed as well as new results obtained above the Z pole. Significant progress on the determination of the properties of the W boson is achieved by e+e- and $p\overline{p}$-experiments. A combined analysis of precision electroweak measurements in the framework of the Standard Model leads to an estimate and an upper limit for the mass of the Higgs boson. |
