Agreement on cooperation at the Serpukhov Institute of High Energy Physics
On 4 July, Bernard Gregory and A. Petrosiants signed the Agreement on cooperation at the Serpukhov Institute of High Energy Physics where the then highest energy proton synchrotron in the world, 76 GeV, was nearing completion.
