3rd International Conference on Exotic Nuclei and Atomic Masses

The proceedings of this major nuclear physics conference report the state of the art in the field of exotic nuclei and nuclear masses. This includes the measurement of fundamental constants, the structure of nuclear matter, radioactivity and the synthesis of heaviest elements. A special session is devoted to the "laboratories" for nuclear reaction naturally provided by stars and other astronomical objects.
