Sumario: | Precision accelerator models are increasingly important for achieving the design performance of colliders and light sources. An overview is given of procedures and techniques for measuring various parameters of the accelerator model, including the beta function, betatron phase, mismatch, nonlinear detuning, resonance-driving terms, impedance, linear coupling, dispersion, linear and non-linear chromaticity, momentum compaction and rf voltage. The complementary model-independent analysis is also discussed. More details and further information may be found in ref [1]. |
