In a data sample of approximately four million hadronic Z/sup 0/ decays, recorded by the ALEPH detector during the years 1991 to 1995, the inclusive branching ratio for b to s gamma is measured to be: Br (b to s gamma )=(3.11+or-0.80/sub stat/+or-0.72/sub syst/)*10/sup -4 /, where the uncertainties...
