Coulomb interaction of pions in central Pb+Pb collisions at 158 AGeV

An enhancement of the number of pi /sup -/ over the number pi /sup +/ is observed at low transverse mass, in the WA98 experiment. The influences of strange hyperon decays and Coulomb interactions on the pi /sup -// pi /sup +/ ratio are investigated. (8 refs).
