| Sumario: | We apply the QCD factorization approach to exclusive, radiative B meson decays in the region of small invariant photon mass. Phenomenological consequences for the B -> K* gamma decay rate and the B -> K* ell+ ell- forward-backward asymmetry are discussed. |
