A new experiment to measure dimuon and open charm production in heavy ion collisions
We present an experiment proposed to measure dimuon and open charm production in proton-nucleus and heavy ion collisions, at the CERN SPS. We report the expected performance and results from p-Be and Pb- Pb feasibility tests. (4 refs).
